  • Manage settlement preparation and submission within specified timelines
  • Effectively prioritise and manage settlement workflows to meet deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives
  • Support external audit activities as required

Please note - this role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract with potential opportunity for a permanent role to be offered at end of contract.

ABOUT YOU

You have a sharp eye for detail, strong focus on delivering a great customer experience, and exceptional organisational skills to manage the end-to-end vehicle lease and delivery process.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook and Teams
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance within a financial institution

BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
