Administration Officer
Working 25 hours per week, this role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys keeping things organised, managing multiple priorities, and providing high-quality support across a busy operation.
About the Role
As the Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly, supporting the wider team with accurate record keeping, coordination, and stakeholder support.
General administrative support across the operationMaintaining accurate records and data within internal systemsProcessing and updating information in ERP systemsManaging documentation and confidential recordsCoordinating travel and accommodation arrangementsAssisting with timesheet administration and reportingProcessing supplier invoices and maintaining purchase recordsManaging company credit card reconciliations and expense documentationResponding to internal and external enquiriesSupporting contract administration and stakeholder requestsAssisting with month-end administration activitiesEnsuring information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures
About You
Previous administration experience in a busy office environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience working with databases or ERP systemsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlinesA proactive and customer-focused approach
