At Suncorp, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking an experienced Remediation Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of remediations at Vero.

This is a critical 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you’ll ensure remediation initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory and internal frameworks, mitigating risk while driving fair, sustainable customer outcomes. You’ll bring strong project and programme delivery expertise, balance technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement, and play a key role in protecting Vero and our Partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of remediation activities in line with established frameworks, drawing on strong industry, operational, and financial expertise.
  • Support SNZ/Vero incident remediation by defining delivery action plans and ensuring consistency and timeliness across remediation activities.
  • Lead the Remediation implementation team in the management and delivery of identified remediations.
  • Monitor remediation progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Work with incident owners to gather, validate, and document business requirements, developing recommendations that meet regulatory, business, and customer needs.
  • Provide high-quality status reporting, insights, and commentary to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support, and as applicable, lead additional initiatives in the Customer Advocacy function at Vero.

You’ll bring

  • Experience in a similar senior role, with a career built around customer-oriented programme delivery in a regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in planning, communication, and reporting within strategic business, customer, marketing, analytics, or finance functions.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership teams to support and recommend strategic priorities.
  • A strong delivery track record in customer intelligence, senior analytics, or senior customer marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience delivering customer transformation and improvement programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence Boards, senior leaders, and frontline teams across NZ and AU.
  • Demonstrated strength in programme and project management.
