About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Equipment Sales Specialist to grow sales and market share within our Repco Equipment division. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver outstanding service and technical support.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to quoting, demonstrations and closing, while working closely with our Equipment Sales Support team and store network.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow sales revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Prepare quotes, process orders and manage customer enquiries
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up to close sales
  • Provide technical support to customers and the sales team
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, particularly in workshop equipment.
