Group Fitness Manager - Les Mills Christchurch

We have 12 clubs around New Zealand and more than 50,000 members who are after daily doses of inspiration and instruction. To deliver the world’s best fitness experiences we’re looking for an outstanding Group Fitness Manager to lead our team at Les Mills Christchurch.
Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be working as part of a tightly-knit management team. As Group Fitness Manager, you’ll be ultimately responsible for the workout experience of everyone participating in our world famous Les Mills Group Fitness Classes. You'll also own the space of growing and developing a team of successful Group Fitness Instructors. Plus, you’ll be recruiting, training, coaching, inspiring, rostering, and leading your teams to smash their targets for member satisfaction and service.
You will ideally have:
- At least 5 years Group Fitness experience
- A proven track record of running a Group Fitness system or similar
- Experience running a high performing team
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability and desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse team
- Experience creating departmental plans and budgets
- Strong communication skills
- Have your own fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term role providing parental leave cover.
