Hello, We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :) The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world. For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Java, JavaScript or Python). Your duties will include: Analyse technology controls and identify opportunities for automation. Design and develop automation services, workflows and integrations. Build and maintain APIs, data schemas and process flows. Develop solutions supporting the Platform Control Plane. Improve existing engineering processes through automation and reuse. Work with global engineering teams on platform improvements Requirements that must be met: 6+ years of software engineering experience. Strong programming skills in at least one of: Java, JavaScript or Python. Experience with API development, databases and data schemas. Good understanding of Linux and web technologies. Solid knowledge of HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, API gateways and service meshes. Experience with microservice architectures. Hands-on experience with Grafana and InfluxDB or similar monitoring / observability tools. Understanding of Internal Developer Platforms, hosting platforms and cloud environments. Very good English and Polish Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week. Nice to have: Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE. Experience working in large enterprise or banking environments. Technical Lead experience What we offer: We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
