Your role As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the delivery teams behind Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will manage the engineers who build and operate Neo’s AI capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth collaboration across cloud, data, product, and change teams. This role is central to translating business needs into scalable platform features while supporting teams through the rapid evolution of Neo. Your tasks Managing and developing the Neo engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery and strong technical standards. Overseeing and coordinating the design, build, and evolution of Neo’s AI platform components. Ensuring and improving the scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform in collaboration with cloud engineering. Standardizing and promoting best practices in MLOps, model deployment, and platform operations. Partnering closely with product, data and change teams to align technical work with business priorities and upcoming AI use cases. Your profile Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing engineering teams in AI/ML, platform, or cloud environments. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps workflows, and model operationalization. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience scaling platform services. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, working with product, cloud, comms, and change teams. Bonus: experience with MLOps tools, distributed AI systems, open‑source contributions, Kaggle, or GCP certifications.
