SPP è alla ricerca di un/a **Formatore/Formatrice**capace di progettare ed erogare percorsi formativi trasversali per i diversi ambiti aziendali. La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un gruppo societario attivo in diversi settori e composto da realtà dinamiche e in continua evoluzione. La ricerca è mirata all'inserimento di una risorsa che possa contribuire concretamente all'erogazione di **percorsi formativi in ambito della sicurezza sul lavoro**, comprensiva di **formazione generale**, **specifica**, per **preposti**e **RLS**(Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza). La ricerca è volta a professionisti che abbiano già maturato esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e multisettoriali, che abbiano eccellenti doti organizzative e che siano capaci di contribuire alla crescita aziendale erogando sia **FAD**che **formazione in presenza nella regione Toscana (Pisa)** **Requisiti**: - Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata come formatore / formatrice in ambito sicurezza sul lavoro;
- Abilitazione ai sensi del D.I. 6/3/2013 (criteri per qualificazione del formatore in materia di salute e sicurezza);
- Conoscenza approfondita del D.Lgs. 81/08 e degli Accordi Stato-Regioni;
- Autonomia nell'erogazione di formazione multidisciplinare dedicata a diversi settori lavorativi;
- Capacità di comunicazione, empatia e gestione dell’aula;
- Padronanza degli strumenti digitali per la formazione a distanza;
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale. **Altre informazioni**:
