Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies (CTCT): The CTCT division is a joint venture between Trimble and Caterpillar. We develop positioning and control products for earthmoving and paving machines in the construction and mining industries, using technologies such as GPS, optical total stations, lasers, and sonics. The products are used in a range of applications where the operator of the machine benefits from having accurate horizontal and vertical guidance.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive product vision and strategy to develop market-leading data interoperability solutions across Trimble and Caterpillar ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and API integrations.
Oversee multi-project initiatives while mentoring team members and fostering strong partner relationships.
Define data integration models that maintain data integrity, security, and alignment with business outcomes.
Monitor market trends and platform adoption to continuously refine strategy and maximize customer value.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven background in product management, platform development, or technical account management for Cloud or IoT solutions.
Solid understanding of API governance, integration technologies, and data transformation concepts.
Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex needs into actionable strategic plans.
Leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations.
Bonus Points For
Experience with automotive or construction data sharing standards and regulations.
Knowledge of machine control platforms or grade control technologies.

Our office in Christchurch, New Zealand (handily located on the Little River Link Cycleway), is the engineering center in our region and home to over 450 staff, offering free parking, an on-site fully featured gym, changing rooms & showers, table tennis, an active social club, and a great team environment where people love working with leading technology solutions.
