Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Analysen und Kennzahlen für Management und Fachbereiche
- Mitwirkung an der Budgetierung, dem Forecasting und der unterjährigen Planung
- Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Auswertungen und Präsentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Plausibilität
- Verständnis und Erläuterung der Zusammenhänge zwischen GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und Initiativen im Finanzbereich
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie von Planungs- und Reportingprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und BI-Tools
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytische Stärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
