
Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role:
Support customers to conduct in-depth discovery to understand current state. Develop comprehensive and customised hybrid infrastructure solutions that address client business needs, leveraging solutions such as on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud technologies. Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
Manage the technical implementation of solutions, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure successful deployment and configuration.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into high- and low-level designs.
- Develop solutions leveraging Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft & AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their digital transformation & AI Adoption journey.
Knowledge & expertise in:
- Hyperconverged infrastructure
- Enterprise compute and storage
- Backup & recovery solutions
- Networking and security
- Cloud platforms
- Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Solid understanding of virtualization, backup, DR, and security best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
