Aufgaben
- Überwachung und Buchung der Zahlungseingänge von unseren Kunden
- Erstellung und Versand von Rechnungen an unsere Partner und Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Klärung offener Posten mit unseren Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Zahlungsprozesse
Qualifikation
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrungen in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und arbeitest sicher mit Excel und Word
- Du bringst dich mit Freude bei der Gestaltung analoger und digitaler Geschäftsprozesse ein
- Du kannst dich gut organisieren und arbeitest sorgfältig
- Du bringst eine positive Grundeinstellung und Teamgeist mit
- Du stehst mit einem Stundenumfang von mindesten 35 Stunden zu Verfügung
