Buchhalter / Accountant (m/w/d)
Was sind Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der laufenden Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung im Unternehmen.
- Bearbeitung interner Kreditkartenabrechnungen (u.a. via Pleo); Sicherstellung der vollständigen Belege sowie Weiterberechnung kundenbezogener Auslagen.
- Unterstützung bei Kontenabstimmungen, vorbereitenden Abschlussarbeiten, insbesondere bei Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten (ARAP/PRAP) sowie Unterstützung bei Jahresabschusserstellung und Betriebsprüfungen.
- Beim Monatsabschluss und im Meldewesen unterstützt Du, zum Beispiel bei regelmäßigen Meldungen (Z4, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Dauerfristverlängerung, Lohnsteueranmeldung, Sozialversicherungsmeldung), der Zusammenfassenden Meldung (ZM).
- Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung.
Was FCF von Dir erwartet
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten, Bilanzbuchhalter/-in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Finanzen.
- Solide Kenntnisse des deutschen Handels- und Steuerrechts.
- Exzellenter Umgang mit DATEV und aktuellen MS Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel) sowie eine professionelle und freundliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) rundet Dein Profil ab.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Diskretion, Teamfähigkeit, absolute Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an neuen Herausforderungen.
- Offenes, sicheres und professionelles Auftreten und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft.
