(Senior) IT Systems Engineer für ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Unser Team OAS/AOP2 ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb von ServiceNow-Instanzen ab der Betriebssystemebene (Linux) einschließlich der darauf aufsetzenden (Java)-Applikationen sowie der MariaDB- bzw. PostgreSQL-Datenbanken. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Behebung von Incidents, die Durchführung von Changes sowie die Analyse im Rahmen des Problem-Managements. Darüber hinaus gehören die Automatisierung der Betriebsführungsabläufe sowie die Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zu den Aufgaben des Teams.

Aufgaben
- Betrieb hochverfügbarer und kritischer ServiceNow-Applikationen sowie Umsysteme
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden
- Regelmäßige Übernahme der technischen Hotline im Rahmen der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen 24/7 Betriebs der Instanzen
- Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Changes gemäß ITIL
- Lösung von Störungen und Problemen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
- Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierung
- Deployment von neuen Kundeninstanzen
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Betriebsprozesse
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Linux sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Netzwerk-Protokolle (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, FTP)
- Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an Debian, Terraform, Bash, Python, Java Webservices, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga2, Ansible, AWX, GitLab CI/CD
