Job SummaryThe Managing Director (Company) leads ASEAN business operations, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role fosters an inclusive culture and collaborates regionally to achieve Opus Agency's vision.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day ASEAN business operations across Production, Operations, and Client Services to achieve financial targets and operational efficiency
- Manage financial performance including forecasting, revenue growth, and profitability to ensure sustainable business success
- Define and implement Singapore-led growth strategies, regional expansion plans, strategic partnerships, and new service offerings
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with global and regional clients to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term account growth
- Collaborate with regional executive leadership to align and execute APAC business strategy and enhance cross-regional operational efficiencies
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, recruitment, and retention to cultivate an empowered, accountable, and inclusive team culture
- Represent Opus Agency at industry events to expand market presence and strengthen brand reputation across the region
- Monitor key business performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in people, processes, and service delivery
- Proven leadership experience within an agency, events, experiential marketing, or related creative services environment
- Demonstrated success in business operations, P&L management, financial forecasting, and driving commercial growth
- Proven ability to execute strategic expansion, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships
- Strong track record in workforce planning, talent development, and cultivating high-performing, inclusive teams
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional, regional, and executive stakeholders effectively
