Human Resources Intern
**Descrizione attività**: - Gestione dei rapporti con le APL, garantendo tempestività di gestione delle richieste provenienti dalla divisione _Operation; _
- Supporto nelle attività di ricerca e selezione del personale (stesura _job description_, pubblicazione sui portali di riferimento, _screening _CV, colloqui da remoto e in presenza);
- Supporto nelle attività amministrative legate alla gestione del personale (predisposizione lettere di assunzione, proroghe e variazione) e gestione dello scadenzario;
- Consuntivazione delle presenze mensili tramite apposito gestionale HR interno. **Requisiti necessari**
- Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche;
- Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Office, Excel, etc.);
- Attitudine al problem-solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Motivazione e desiderio di crescere in un ambiente stimolante. **Completano il profilo**
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
