Wir suchen keinen Entwickler, der stolz auf die Anzahl seiner geschriebenen Zeilen ist. Wir suchen einen Architekten, der versteht, dass Vibe Coding (nach Karpathy u.a.) die Abstraktionsebene fundamental verschoben hat. Deine Arbeitseinheit ist nicht mehr die Funktion, sondern der Agentic Workflow.
In unserem Legal-Compliance-Umfeld ist Qualität nicht verhandelbar. Deine Aufgabe ist es, probabilistische Coding-Agents (LLMs) so zu orchestrieren, dass sie deterministische, auditsichere Software für .NET und React liefern.

Wir operieren am „Bleeding Edge“ der Produktivität. Du bringst dein eigenes AI-Setup mit oder definierst unseres neu.
Infrastructure: Terraform
Core: .NET 9/10, React (TypeScript).
Data: MS-SQL (als System of Record)
Deine Werkzeuge: Du arbeitest täglich mit Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf und probierst auch gerne Neue aus
Deine Aufgaben
Die KI schreibt den Boilerplate, du löst die Hard Problems des Vibe Codings
Du entwickelst Lösungen & Strategien die helfen, Halluzinationen in der Business-Logik (C#) mathematisch auszuschließen.
Du optimierst das „Working Memory“ deiner Coding-Agenten, sodass Datenbankschemata und legacy Code nutzbar sind, ohne den Kontext zu sprengen.
Du verhinderst, dass die Infrastructure sich unbemerkt vom Soll-Zustand entfernt, wenn deine Agenten autonom Terraform-Skripte anpassen
Du findest elegante und effektive Wege, KI-generierten Code zu reviewen und das “human-in-the-loop-bottleneck” so groß wie möglich zu machen
Dein Profil
Du bist ein Alter Hase in .NET und React und erkennst Anti-Patterns, bevor der Linter anschlägt
Du hast ein tiefes und breites Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Patterns und ihren jeweiligen Vor- und Nachteilen
Du du denkst in Rules und Chain-of-Thought-Vorgaben, die sichern, dass KI unseren Guidelines und Sicherheitsstandards folgt.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und genießt es, im SCRUM gemeinsam anzupacken
Du bist kommunikationsstark und erfahren darin, in diversen Teams deine Stärken mit denen deiner KollegInnen zu verbinden
