
Foreman Electrician
Our client is looking to fill a permanent Electrical Foreman's role on a project in Queenstown, with a rate that reflects your experience and leadership ability.
The role covers electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault finding across a range of systems, alongside day-to-day coordination of site activities, labour, plant and materials. You'll allocate workloads, set expectations for the team, and make sure everyone has the drawings, specifications and materials they need before work starts.
You must be a qualified electrician with at least four years' experience and the confidence to take ownership of work under your control. You'll supervise and direct site staff, including apprentices and subcontractors, and liaise professionally with clients and suppliers to keep projects moving.
What you'll need:
- Current NZ Electrical Registration and Practicing Licence
- Solid understanding of current codes of practice and electrical regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under deadline pressure
- Safe Working Practices Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Site Safe
- Full class 1 driver's licence
Knowledge, Skills & Ability;

• Be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, as you may need to crawl through tight spaces and under building and above ceilings.
