
Content & Merchandising Coordinator
The Content & Merchandising Coordinator supports online merchandising activities to ensure an optimal customer experience and strong commercial outcomes across the website. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product content, executing merchandising updates, and supporting promotional and supplier-related tasks.
Requirements
- Website & E-Commerce Management: Ability to manage and update onsite content, including website banners, landing pages, and promotional placements.
- Product Data & Content Maintenance: Proficiency in creating new product listings, updating product pages (imagery, copy, pricing, categorisation), and ensuring links and content function correctly.
- SEO & Copywriting Skills: Experience in writing and optimizing SEO blurbs to enhance search performance, page visibility, and user conversions.
- Merchandising & Stock Strategy: Ability to liaise with category managers and internal teams to execute sales/promotional activities and manage discontinued product lines in alignment with stock strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work closely with Senior, Mid, and Junior Category Managers across multiple departments.
- Adaptability & Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for site-wide quality checks, alongside adaptability to take on evolving tasks in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
