You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery, you will be the primary point of contact for clients requiring ongoing support due to the complexity or sensitivity of their injury and individual circumstances. Working alongside clients, whānau, providers and employers, you will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support clients to achieve greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work. Your role will directly contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between while helping people achieve meaningful recovery outcomes. Level 1 and Level 2 Recovery Coordinator roles We are recruiting for both Level 1 and Level 2 Recovery Coordinator Supported opportunities. Level 1 is suited to candidates who demonstrate capability and potential while continuing to build their Injury Rehabilitation Case Management practice. Level 2 is generally suited to candidates with a minimum of two years' Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience who can demonstrate experienced case management capability and professional judgement. Candidates will be assessed during the recruitment process to determine the appropriate appointment level based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience. Appointments may be made at either Level 1 or Level 2 depending on your skills, experience, and demonstrated capability. Level1 / Level 2 Appointment Assessment Appointment level will be determined through the recruitment process based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience. Candidates may be appointed at Band 14 (L1) or Band 15 (L2) Click here to determine how we assess Level 1 and Level 2 The appointing salary for this role is based on skills and experience * Level 1 $70,000 - $89,932 or Level 2, $77502 - $103,336 Alongside a competitive salary, you'll benefit from ACC's generous benefits package, which at present includes a 9% employer superannuation contribution with no mandatory employee contribution, plus optional life and income protection insurance. About you | Mōu You will bring: * Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social service environments. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, whānau, providers and employers. * Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability. * Resilience and adaptability when supporting clients with complex or sensitive circumstances. * Confidence using technology and working across multiple systems. * A commitment to delivering equitable, client-centred outcomes. * A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and develop. * You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
