A Hybrid working model
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around 4 days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
What does a Senior Post Producer do at WPP Production?
You'll play a central role in delivering high-quality post-production projects across edit, grade, VFX, motion, and sound. As a Senior Post Producer you will bridge hands-on production and leadership, managing key projects, supporting producers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and creative partners. You'll ensure projects run smoothly, budgets are met, and the creative standard remains high across everything that leaves the studio. You'll be someone who thrives on collaboration, solves problems calmly under pressure, and takes pride in delivering work that looks, sounds, and feels exceptional. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a global technology brand or demonstrate a strong drive and ambition to contribute to a high-calibre account.
