
Speech Pathologist
Renew Living is one of Canberra's allied health clinics in the Proactive Health network, and we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join the team.
You'll manage your own caseload of paediatric / adult / mixed NDIS clients, working alongside a multidisciplinary team who genuinely back each other. Every clinician here gets the room to do their best work — proper admin support, sensible caseloads, and the kind of clinical mentoring that helps you grow rather than just get through the week.
Day to day you'll:
- Assess, diagnose and treat clients across [caseload areas — e.g. speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing]
- Write clear, goal-focused therapy plans and keep documentation up to scratch
- Work with families, carers and other disciplines to get the best outcomes for each client
- Contribute to a friendly, supportive clinic culture where clinicians actually want to stick around
This is a full-time role based at our Canberra Clinic

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration for the ACT, or willingness to obtain one
- [NDIS Worker Screening Check — include if the role involves NDIS clients]
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia

The package:
- Salary: $,000–$110,000 per annum (for employees), or competitive rates for contractors
