Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room.

As a Room Leader / Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience

Lead the room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
Promote the well-being and safety of all children in the room
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support and mentor team members for continuous professional growth
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards
Early Years Professional status or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education
Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice
