Sachbearbeiter Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen Sachbearbeiter Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d), der uns dabei unterstützt, offene Zahlungsfragen mit unseren Kunden zu klären, individuelle Vereinbarungen zu treffen und eine professionelle Vertragsabwicklung sicherzustellen.
Dabei liegt dein Fokus vor allem auf dem telefonischen Kundenkontakt – du gehst aktiv auf Kunden zu, besprichst offene Zahlungen und findest mit einer überzeugenden und wertschätzenden Gesprächsführung verbindliche Lösungen.
Du führst Verhandlungen telefonisch und per E-Mail, erläuterst vertragliche Grundlagen verständlich und bereitest Zahlungs- und Aufhebungsvereinbarungen vor. Dabei dokumentierst du alle Schritte sorgfältig, behältst Termine und Vereinbarungen im Blick und koordinierst bei Bedarf die weitere Bearbeitung mit unseren Rechtsanwälten.
Wenn du gerne mit Menschen sprichst, überzeugend argumentierst und auch in anspruchsvollen Gesprächen souverän und lösungsorientiert bleibst, bist du bei uns genau richtig. Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft und gehst sicher mit digitalen Systemen um. Aufgaben
✓ Kunden telefonisch zur Zahlung bewegen
✓ Argumentationsstark per Telefon und E-Mail verhandeln
✓ Einwände souverän und überzeugend klären
✓ Zahlungs- und Aufhebungsvereinbarungen aushandeln
✓ Zahlungen und Fristen konsequent nachverfolgen
✓ Vorgänge sorgfältig im System dokumentieren
✓ Fälle für Rechtsanwälte aufbereiten und koordinieren
✓ Mit Geschäftsführung und Buchhaltung abstimmen
✓ Abläufe im Forderungsmanagement optimieren
Qualifikation
✓ Du bist argumentationsstark und überzeugend
✓ Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und kannst dich an Systeme halten
✓ Du begegnest Einwänden souverän und findest passende Lösungen
✓ Du verstehst vertragliche Zusammenhänge und erklärst sie verständlich
✓ Du gehst sicher mit digitalen Systemen und vertraulichen Kundendaten um
✓ Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
