Du berätst Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe, nutzt virale Mechaniken für TikTok sowie Reels und führst das Team als Mentor:in zu neuen Peak-Performances. Aufgaben
- Strategy & Concepts: Du konzipierst ganzheitliche organische Social-Media-Strategien und steuerst Marken eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg.
- Kundenberatung mit Impact: Du berätst Kund:innen strategisch auf Augenhöhe, gibst starke Impulse und treibst das gemeinsame Wachstum voran.
- Trend-Scouting: Du spürst virale Mechanics auf TikTok und Instagram auf, bevor sie Mainstream werden, und übersetzt sie für Top-Brands.
- KPI & Performance-Data: Du analysierst Performance-Daten, leitest daraus fundierte Testing-Hypothesen ab und schärfst bestehende Konzepte nach.
- Content & Mentorship: Du steuerst fesselnde Assets mit hoher Interaktion und teilst dein Expertenwissen aktiv als Mentor:in im Team.
Qualifikation
- Social-Erfahrung: Du bringst 3–5 Jahre fundierte Praxis im Social Media Management mit – vorzugsweise aus dem Agenturumfeld.
- Strategie- & Trend-Gespür: Du weißt genau, mit welchen Hooks Formate organisch zünden, und bringst starke strategische Kompetenz mit.
- Consulting & Drive: Du trittst fachlich souverän auf, überzeugst Kund:innen in Präsentationen und liebst den aktiven Austausch.
- Mentor-Mindset: Du hast riesige Freude daran, dein Know-how weiterzugeben und Kolleg:innen in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten.
