Pour l’un de nos clients, du secteur de la grande distribution à Metz, nous recherchons plusieurs Développeurs JAVA FULLSTACK - Dominante BACK - SENIOR
Contexte de la mission :
La Digital Factory Magasins Front conçoit et développe les services digitaux front-office destinés aux collaborateurs en magasin, incluant applications web et mobiles, en s’appuyant sur des experts en technologies, design et gestion de produit pour optimiser l’expérience collaborateur.
Votre mission :
La mission consiste à piloter l'équipe en charge de l'évolution des solutions d'encaissement en magasin (traditionnel, libre-service, self-scanning). En tant que Tech Lead, votre mission s'articule autour de trois axes majeurs :
-Pilotage et suivi de projets 100 % IT : Assurer la coordination technique, la gestion des priorités et le bon déroulement des livraisons sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie logiciel.
-Expertise technique et développement : Participer activement au développement et à la maintenance des services digitaux, en garantissant leur robustesse, l'excellence technique et leur alignement avec les besoins opérationnels des magasins.
-Encadrement et mentorat : Accompagner l'équipe au quotidien, animer les choix d'architecture et favoriser la montée en compétences des développeur
Livrables :
● Code et qualité : Code sécurisé sur les composants clés (Java, Spring Boot) et validation des revues de code.
● Architecture : Dossiers de conception technique, schémas à jour et défi nition des bonnes pratiques.
● Pilotage IT : Roadmaps techniques et indicateurs de suivi du projet (avancement, qualité, dette technique).
● Encadrement : Supports de partage de connaissances et de montée en compétences pour l'équipe.
Environnement technique :
Must Have
● Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité du produit et des pratiques de développement
● CI/CD et Outils : Maîtrise de Git et bonne compréhension des pipelines de déploiement continu (Jenkins, GitLab CI ou équivalent).
● Gestion de projet IT : Maîtrise des outils de suivi (Jira, Confl uence) pour la gestion des tickets, des sprints et de la dette technique.
Nice to Have
● Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications robustes et scalables avec Java, Spring Boot et Vue.js
● Architecturer des solutions microservices et event-driven
● Gérer les bases de données relationnelles et orientées document
● Intégrer les principes de craftsmanship et les bonnes pratiques telles que SOLID, YAGNI et la couverture de tests avec Sonar
● Participer à toutes les phases du cycle logiciel de la conception à la mise en production et au run
● Assurer la maintenance et l’évolution des applications existantes
Votre profil:
● Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou université) orientée informatique, ou expérience équivalente
● Expérience de plus de 7 ans en Développement Fullstack Java / Vue.js (dominante Back).
● Expérience de Tech Lead validée
● Une expérience dans le secteur du retail / grande distribution constituerait un avantage
