Surfacing Department Manager
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Ready to lead from the front and shape the future of surfacing in Gisborne? At Fulton Hogan, we’re after a Surfacing Department Manager to take ownership of our surfacing programme, lead a capable team, and deliver good work for our clients and communities.
This is a role with real scope. Ko wai mātou | About us
At Fulton Hogan, good work is more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up for each other, our clients, and the communities we work in. We’re flat, friendly and forward moving. Titles matter less than ideas. We back our people, keep things human, and set high standards when it counts.
In Gisborne, you’ll be part of a team that knows how to get stuck in, work together, and keep pushing for better. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means honest conversations, real responsibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact in a business that’s always moving forward.
This role is based in Gisborne, working 40 hours per week.
Me pēhea te tono | How to apply
