GTM Enablement Manager
At Tracksuit, we're building an incredible product that our customers LOVE and use every day. We're looking for a curious and collaborative human to sit at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Operations helping our teams confidently turn new capabilities into real value for the brands they work with.
Our vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We're doing this by becoming the common language to measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building. We've built beautiful, always-on, radically affordable brand tracking. At just under 6 years old, we're incredibly grateful and excited to be working with over 1,000 epic brands across the US, UK, AU & NZ, like Doordash, Adore Beauty, Bondi Sands, Milkrun and more.
Are you Tracksuit's new GTM Enablement Manager?
We're entering our next chapter. As Tracksuit grows, so does the pace of change across our product, go-to-market strategy, and the way we support customers.
New product capabilities are part of that story, but so are evolving customer needs, new ways of working, strategic business initiatives, and the systems that help our teams deliver value consistently at scale.
You'll help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, turning big ideas into practical tools, training, frameworks, and experiences that help our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams do their best work.
One of the things that makes this role unique is that Enablement is still a relatively new function at Tracksuit, giving you plenty of opportunity to contribute, take ownership, and help shape what comes next.
The person who thrives here is naturally curious, loves bringing clarity to complexity, and gets energy from helping others succeed.
You will be responsible for:Enablement project delivery
- Own end-to-end enablement initiatives from brief through to rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
Collateral & content development
- Create and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch decks, FAQs, templates, and customer education resources
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and resources that help GTM teams communicate Tracksuit's value across different audiences and use cases
- Translate complex product, customer, and business concepts into practical resources that teams can confidently use in their day-to-day work
GTM readiness
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to prepare teams for new capabilities, product launches, and strategic initiatives
Enablement infrastructure
- Help build the AI-powered systems, workflows, and knowledge experiences that will shape the future of enablement at Tracksuit
- You have 3+ years of experience in enablement or a related GTM role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or Product Marketing
- You've owned projects end-to-end: not just contributed, but taken something from brief through to delivery and iteration
- You care deeply about helping teams do their best work and are always looking for ways to make things simpler, clearer, and more effective
- You've worked cross-functionally and know how to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- You're comfortable using AI tools and excited about how they can scale your impact
- You enjoy being close to the action, working across teams, and helping bring new ideas to life
- Understanding of brand tracking, market research, or consumer insights is a plus, not a requirement
Why join us at Tracksuit?
