Solicitor - Corporate
A prestigious Auckland-based law firm is seeking a motivated and accomplished Corporate Lawyer to join their expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and compliance advisory, while delivering expert legal advice to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Conduct due diligence and manage all aspects of transaction-related documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative legal solutions.
- Stay updated on developments in corporate law and industry trends to offer strategic advice.
- Minimum 3 years' PQE with experience in corporate law.
- Expertise in handling complex corporate transactions and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
