We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. **Join us.** **Job Description** We're looking for a proactive **People & Culture Advisor** to join our Australia & New Zealand People & Culture team on a **three to six month fixed term basis** . This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with advisory or early Business Partner experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to support both strategic and operational HR activities + Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. + Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to deliver practical HR solutions and support key people initiatives. + Triage employee queries, working closely with our Employee Centre and specialist teams to ensure a seamless employee experience. + Support onboarding, visa and sponsorship coordination, learning and development activities, and other employee lifecycle processes. + Collaborate with our HR shared services team and contribute to continuous improvement across People & Culture operations. **Qualifications** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a great fit for this role.
