Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) is a branding business, founded in 1990 and proudly independent ever since.

We started out in the world of packaging, but now we’re worldwide; from three founders, to more than 320 of us across the UK and USA. Together, we build and deliver brands across the entire consumer experience.

But even more important than what we do, is why we do it. We’re here to inspire brands and people to be their true selves. To be brave. Be tenacious. And above all, be yourself. Because we believe that’s the only way to truly be distinctive, everywhere.

We’re keen to talk to ideas led Senior Designers who share a passion for brand and packaging design. At JKR, our Senior Designers work hand in hand with the Client Services team while providing valuable support to the Design Directors. In this role, you’ll have the chance to inspire our Design teams, mentoring and sharing your expertise with junior members to help them unlock their full potential.

Your creative flair will shine through as you demonstrate an understanding of an Ideas First approach, crafting eye-catching designs that make brands stand out and grab attention. As part of one of our two studio teams, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in Strategy, Program & Account Management, and other creative specialties to build distinctive brands by deeply understanding their essence and core values.

We’re excited to welcome individuals who are either at the beginning of their senior design journey or eager to experience the dynamic environment of a larger studio setup, joining a vibrant team of likeminded design folk.
