Who We Are

Rise & Amplify is an independent creative and digital agency based in Altrincham, helping global brands and fearless challengers get noticed, remembered and chosen.

We combine sharp strategy, standout creative and consistently high-quality delivery to produce work that genuinely performs. No fluff. No jargon. Just work that gets brands noticed, remembered and chosen.

We're looking for a talented Midweight Artworker to join our studio on a 15-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. From day one you'll become a key part of a collaborative team, working across an exciting mix of client projects and helping deliver creative work to the highest standards.

The Opportunity:

This is first and foremost an Artworker role.

You'll be responsible for producing technically flawless artwork across both print and digital projects while bringing a strong design eye to everything you touch.

Working alongside our Studio Manager and Senior Designers, you'll ensure every file is accurate, consistent and beautifully executed before it reaches the client, printer or digital platform.

It's a busy, hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation and collaboration are just as important as creative flair.

Where You'll Add Value:

• Produce high-quality print-ready and digital artwork across a wide range of client projects.
• Prepare artwork across multiple formats and deliverables to the highest production standards.
• Manage and adapt existing brand assets, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
• Interpret design files, templates and briefs confidently, raising questions where clarification is needed.
• Support the wider design team on live projects while contributing creative ideas where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the Studio Manager to ensure files are prepared correctly for print and digital output.
• Carry out meticulous quality checks before artwork leaves your desk — accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) daily, with After Effects for motion graphics and animated assets where required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Play an active role within a collaborative, fast-moving studio where everyone gets stuck in.

About You:

You'll probably have around 3-5 years' experience within an agency-based Artworking or Design role and genuinely enjoy the technical side of creative production.

You're organised, proactive and someone who naturally takes pride in producing polished, accurate work.

You'll likely bring:

• Around 3-5 years' experience within an Artworking or Design role.
• Previous experience working within a creative, branding or digital agency.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital production.
• After Effects experience would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail with a genuine passion for producing high-quality work.
• The ability to switch confidently between different brands, formats and client projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of your work from brief through to delivery.

We care about talent, potential and passion – not where you studied. No degree required. Rise & Amplify is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Why Join Rise & Amplify?

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll enjoy:

• £28,000 – £35,000 DOE.
• 15-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
• Hybrid working (following an initial 12-week onboarding period in the studio).
• Flexible working hours within core hours.
• 4pm finish every Friday.
• Regular team socials.
• A collaborative, inclusive and ambitious culture.
• The opportunity to work with global brands and exciting challenger businesses.
