Operatore Customer Service
- Analisi e risoluzione della problematica e chiusura della richiesta del cliente attraverso l’erogazione del feedback;
- Assistenza post-vendita: fornirai supporto ai clienti dopo l'acquisto dei prodotti o servizi;
- Gestione dei reclami dei clienti;
- Collaborazione con il team di vendita. **Requisiti**: - Laurea triennale in _Economia, Scienze politiche o discipline affini;_
- Capacità di applicare efficacemente le principali tecniche di comunicazione telefonica e relazione remota con i clienti;
- Autonomia nell’utilizzo di applicativi software per la gestione dei ticket, delle transazioni e dei principali pacchetti Office;
- Conoscenze dinamiche di gestione telefonica;
- ** Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2.** Orario di lavoro: Full time, **_dal lunedì a sabato secondo turnazione aziendale.
