Compensation Benefits Manager

Role Description The Compensation Benefits Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, reviewing and updating compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The role also involves analyzing market data, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership, coordinating with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters, and communicating compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees. The Compensation Benefits Manager will work closely with business leaders to align reward strategies with organizational goals and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in compensation management and compensation structures, with the ability to design and optimize competitive reward frameworks.
- Experience in benefits administration and employee benefits, including selection, implementation, and communication of benefit programs.
- Proficiency in job evaluation and role benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Solid understanding of Cambodian labor law, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, HR metrics, and use of HRIS or related software; proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional HR or compensation certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably within multi-sector or fast-growing organizations.
