Store Manager
- Gestione e coordinamento del team di vendita
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali (KPI, fatturato, marginalità)
- Pianificazione turni e gestione del personale
- Supervisione visual merchandising secondo linee guida aziendali
- Monitoraggio stock, riassortimenti e inventari
- Gestione cassa e procedure amministrative
- Cura della relazione con la clientela e fidelizzazione
- Reportistica periodica alla Direzione **Requisiti**
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Store Manager o Assistant Store Manager nel settore abbigliamento/moda
- Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione del team
- Forte orientamento al risultato e alla vendita
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Conoscenza dei principali KPI retail
- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni/weekend Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Benefit: - Orario flessibile
