About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Recovery Coordinator within Integrated Recovery, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with long-duration and complex claims where recovery may have slowed, stalled, or become uncertain. Through dedicated one-to-one case management, you'll build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, coordinate services, and help clients regain independence and confidence. The appointing salary for this role is based on skills and experience
- Level 1 $70,000 – $89,932 or Level 2, $77502 - $103,336
Level1 / Level 2 Appointment Assessment
Appointment level will be determined through the recruitment process based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience. Candidates may be appointed at Band 14 (L1) or Band 15 (L2)

You will bring:
- Experience managing complex caseloads, customer relationships or portfolios while balancing competing priorities and achieving positive outcomes.

- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to have meaningful conversations and influence positive outcomes.
- Sound judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to make quality decisions in complex situations.

- A customer-centred mindset and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their recovery goals.
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
