Aufgaben
Als SEO-Projektmanager bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für deine Kunden und betreust die Online-Präsenz hinsichtlich der Suchmaschinenoptimierung. Kommunikation mit dem Kunden ist für dich wie Atmen, eine essentielle Grundlage deiner Arbeit.
Du hast ein Auge auf die Branchen deiner Kundenprojekte und passt aufgrund deiner Analysen deine SEO-Strategie dynamisch an. Du brichst nicht in Panik aus, wenn Rankings schwanken, und hältst die Ziele und KPIs stets im Blick. Du setzt deine Erfahrung ein und führst aus deinem Fundus verschiedenste SEO-Maßnahmen durch, um diese zu erreichen.
Unter anderem gehören zu deinen Aufgaben:
- Erstellen von Keyword-Recherchen und -Analysen
- Das Schreiben von SEO-relevantem Content
- Durchführen von On- und Offpage-Maßnahmen
- Durchführen von Backlink -Analysen und -Aufbau
- Technisches SEO, Einbinden von Tracking, Consent Management
- Der Einsatz gängiger SEO-Tools und Google Produkte wie Search Console und Google Analytics
Qualifikation
MUST HAVE
Sorry, aber ohne geht es nicht!
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei, schriftlich mit flüssigem Ausdruck, Grammatik und Interpunktion (Mindestanforderung: Sprachniveau C2 oder Muttersprachler)
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO), z.B. SEO-Trainee + 1 Jahr Erfahrung
- Du hast einen Großteil deiner relevanten Berufserfahrung in Agenturen erworben
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für SEO-Prinzipien, einschließlich On-Page- und Off-Page-Optimierung, Keyword-Recherche und die Auswirkungen technischer Aspekte auf das Suchmaschinenranking
- Du hast erstklassige organisatorische Fähigkeiten, bist lösungsorientiert, effizient und arbeitest hervorragend in interdisziplinären Teams
